Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1. Undergoing elective lumbar spinal surgery
2. ASA I-III
3. Aged 18-75 years Exclusion Criteria: - 1. Refusal at the time of enrollment 2. Request to withdraw from the study 3. Inability to provide informed consent 4. Emergency surgery 5. Bleeding diathesis 6. Presence of contraindications to the local anesthetic (LA) agents used in this study 7. Chronic opioid use 8. Psychiatric disorders 9. Presence of infection at the injection site
