Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged 18 to 70 years * Controlled hypertension * Poor baseline sleep quality (sleep efficiency \=15/h) or any obstructive sleep apnea with an indication for CPAP/PAP therapy * Central disorders of hypersomnolence * Intellectual disability * Pregnancy
