WT1 in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma

Summary

Colorectal carcinoma is a major bublic health problem. It is due to several genetic mutations. Wilms' tumor1 (WT1) gene is a tumor suppressor gene that has been mutated in several human tumors. Detection of WT1 in colorectal carcinoma may provide better future results.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma. Exclusion Criteria: * patients who received pre-operative neoadjuvant therapy.
