Effect of Merged Exercise Versus Relaxation Techniques in Primary Dysmenorrhoea

Summary
This study aims to evaluate the effect of aerobic exercises and relaxation techniques on pain severity, quality of life, and menstrual symptoms in females with primary dysmenorrhea.
Participants will be randomly assigned to either an exercise and relaxation group or a control group.
The intervention group will perform aerobic exercises and relaxation sessions for 12 weeks, while the control group will receive no intervention.
Pain levels, quality of life, and menstrual symptoms will be assessed before and after the intervention period.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion criteriteria:
1. All females will be diagnosed as having primary dysmenorrhea
2. All of them are virgin.
3. They have regular menstrual cycle (a menstrual duration of 3-8 days, with 21-35 days between each two successive menstrual cycles).
4. Their age will be ranged from 18 to 25 years old.
5. Their body mass index (BMI) will be ranged from 18 to 25 Kg/m2.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. a history of pelvic inflammatory disease.
2. myoma and tumors.
3. pelvic infection,.
4. ovarian cyst.
5. any gynecological disease.
6. any hormonal abnormality.
7. any psychological problem.
