Summary
Patients with obstructed flow due to BPH will be enrolled into 2 groups, group will undergo TURP and the other group will undergo Low power HOLEP
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
\- mens with LUTS due to obstructed prostate
Exclusion Criteria:
* stone bladder bladder cancer prostate cancer
