Summary

The main objective of the study is to find the effects of comprehensive hand repetitive intensive strength training on range of motion and function in post fracture rehabilitation to answer the question such as Does CHRIST significantly improve range of motion (ROM) and functional outcomes in patients undergoing post fracture rehabilitation

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Children aged 6-16 years. * Both male and female were included. * Children with elbow stiffness defined as loss of ROM compared to unaffected arm. * Children who are able to participate in physical therapy and follow up instruction. Exclusion Criteria: * Children with complex fracture such as comminuted or open fracture. * Children with pre-existing neurological condition that may affect upper limb function. * Children with previous injuries or conditions that affect elbow ROM or function. * Children with significant cognitive impairments. * Children who are currently receiving physical therapy for elbow stiffness.
