Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Age typically between 18 and 30 years old.
* Participants are in good health and had no severe injuries during the last six months before the study
* Non-smoker
* Individual free from cardiovascular, metabolic disease
Exclusion Criteria:
* Presence of any musculoskeletal injury or illness
* Runners with irregular training schedules or inconsistent performance.
* Use of medications that could impact exercise performance or safety.
* Inability to commit to the training program or testing schedule.
