POS Mobilization by 3-DRT Affect Functional Outcome in Layered Syndrome

I aim to study the effects of posterior oblique sling mobilization by 3-D release technique on pain, range of motion and functional disability in layered syndrome

Inclusion Criteria: * \+ Craniocervical flexion test * \+ Fleshe test (Occiput to wall distance) * \+ Thomas test * \+ Straight leg raise (SLR) * +Push Up test * +Trunk Curl Up test Exclusion Criteria: * Other conditions involving the shoulder (eg. rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, damage of the glenohumeral cartilage, Hill-Sachs lesion, osteoporosis, or malignancies in the shoulder region). * Presence of medical conditions such as cardiac disease, infections, coagulation disorder. * The participants with any musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months * Cervical dysfunctions affecting upper limbs * Lumbar Dysfunctions * Any fracture or other injury * Any systemic illness * Any neurological disease
