Acute Postoperative Pain in Outpatient UKA

Summary

This study determined or observe the acute postoperative between outpatient UKA and inpatient UKA. We observe the acute post op. at at 0,1, and 2. The acute post op pain compeared between two groups.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * age ≥ 50 years, range of movement ≥ 90°, varus deformity ≤ 10°, and flexion contracture ≤ 10°. Exclusion Criteria: * age ≥ 75 years, ASA physical status score \> 2, diagnosed obstructive sleep apnea, and intraoperative conversion to total knee arthroplasty due to full-thickness cartilage loss in the lateral compartment.
