Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * at least 5 years of regular handball training * participation in at least 10 matches in the past year * no injury lasting longer than 2 weeks in the past 6 months * minimum 1 year of experience in the Turkish Handball Super League * no use of stimulants (ergogenic aids, doping, etc.) Exclusion Criteria: \-
