Sellar Masses: Clinical and Imaging Features With Correlation to Histopathology and Surgical Approach

Summary

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the clinical spectrum of sellar masses, aiming to understand the correlation between the imaging features and the future surgical approach and histopathology results. The main question it aims to answer is: Does being both LMIC and conflict country change the global data!? Participants were included during a period of 3 years in a governmental hospital TMGH.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Radiologically confirmed sellar, suprasellar, or parasellar mass. * Surgical candidacy * Histopathological confirmation * Age ≥ 11 year Exclusion Criteria: * Incomplete diagnostics * Recurrent disease * Primary metastatic disease.
