Summary

This study aims to investigate the implementation and effectiveness of the Teen Anger Management Education (TAME) program in Portuguese adolescents, focusing on improving anger regulation through a structured educational intervention.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Frequent maladaptive anger responses and/or rare adaptive anger responses Exclusion Criteria: * Ongoing psychological treatment * Diagnosis of schizophrenia or cognitive deficits * Substance abuse problems * Inability to speak and understand the Portuguese language
