Summary

The aim of COMPRESSED is to investigate the potential consequences of a compressed work schedule within the municipal health, care and welfare services.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Employees (population I and II) and users (population III) within the municipal health, care and welfare services. Exclusion Criteria: Exclusion criteria will vary between the specific papers depending on the topic of investigations (e.g. narrowing the population to specific institutional context or shift arrangements).
