Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Malignant distal biliary strictureNeed for Palliative and pre-operative biliary drainageAge > 18Signature of the informed consentExclusion Criteria:Previous endoscopic/radiological biliary drainageStricture close to the main hepatic confluence(< 2 cm)Duodenal stenosisPost- surgical altered anatomyBenign disease
