Summary

The study will evaluate the results of endoscopic treatment of NON-anastomotic biliary strictures following liver transplantation

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Age > 18Non anastomotic biliary strictures diagnosed by direct cholangiogram (T-tube) or MRCPStricture involving the hepatic hilum until secondary branchesIncrease of liver function testsSignature of the informed consentExclusion Criteria:Previopus endoscopic or percutaneous treatmentsPatient candidate to metal stents placementPrevious surgery resulting in altered anatomy
