Summary
The objective of this study is to prospectively document the efficacy and clinical outcomes of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection procedure that utilize either the novel Bipolar-Current ESD device (Speedboat RS2 by Creo Medical) or a monopolar knife.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:Patient is ≥ 18 years oldPatient is capable of providing informed consentPatient is referred for ESD procedure of an esophageal neoplastic lesionExclusion Criteria:Patient is < 18 years oldPatient refused and/or unable to provide consentPatient is a pregnant womanPatients with lesions removed with other techniques besides ESD (i.e.
cap EMR) or a modified ESD technique
