Summary

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of low-intensity combined exercises on balance, fatigue and quality of life applied to patients with ALS.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Being diagnosed with early-stage ALS by a neurologistDisease duration in the range of 1-18 monthsALSFRS-R score > 24 higherWithout infectious diseaseSaturation >95Heart rate <92Exclusion Criteria:History of other neurological diseaseInability to walkWith mechanical ventilationPeople with Heart and Respiratory InsufficiencyPeople with neuropsychological or cognitive impairmentDyspnea after ALS
