To determine cost changes with an Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy Program (OPAT) treatment compared to standard therapy while maintaining safety and efficacy.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Infectious disease confirmedNeed to be treated for 3 or more daysSuitable catheter/venous accessExclusion Criteria:Patients who have to be hospitalized for other causeAge < 18 yearsPregnancyNot appropriate catheter/venous accessPatients who changed of hospitalPatients who got any other medical insurancePatients absent for treatment
