Summary

Joint performance of a spectral scan and an abdominal ultrasound for all patients with suspected lithiasis consulting the emergency room of our centre to evaluate the diagnostic performance of the Z-Effective.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:patient referred to the radiology department for an X-ray scan for pain in the right hypochondrium and epigastrium, suspicion of cholangitis, cholecystitis, migration of stones, acute pancreatitis, suspicion of perforated ulcer in the emergency setting.Non-objection of the subject to participate in the studyAffiliation to a French social security scheme or beneficiary of such a scheme.Exclusion Criteria:CholecystectomyLegal incapacity or limited legal capacity, legal safeguardPregnant womenSubject unlikely to cooperate in the study and/or low cooperation anticipated by the investigatorSubject being in the exclusion period of another study
