Effect of IV Nalbuphine on Nausea and Vomiting Following Intrathecal Morphine

Summary

We aimed to investigate the effect of Iv nalbuphine on postoperative nausea and vomiting and pain with intrathecal morphine on inguinal hernia repair surgery.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:1. patients of aged 15-70years old 2. males 3-Scheduled patients for inguinal hernia repair surgery with under spinal anesthesia. 4. ASA grade 1,2 5- normal cardiac and renal functionExclusion Criteria:1-Patient refusal 2. Allergy to the studied drugs. 3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia 4.ASA grade 3,4
