Summary
We aimed to investigate the effect of Iv nalbuphine on postoperative nausea and vomiting and pain with intrathecal morphine on inguinal hernia repair surgery.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:1. patients of aged 15-70years old 2. males 3-Scheduled patients for inguinal hernia repair surgery with under spinal anesthesia.
4. ASA grade 1,2 5- normal cardiac and renal functionExclusion Criteria:1-Patient refusal 2. Allergy to the studied drugs.
3. Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia 4.ASA grade 3,4
