Inclusion Criteria:Both male & Female patientsAge group 20-60 YearsDiagnosed with mechanical low back pain having pain aggravation in flexion biasExclusion Criteria:Lumbar stenosisCauda EquinaSpondylolisthesisAnkylosing SpondylitisScoliosisLeg Length DiscrepancyMuscular DystrophyLow back pain from non-musculoskeletal causesFracture or traumatic low back painAny infection, tumor, spinal surgery, cognitive impairments, or any other rheumatologic disease would be excluded
