Inclusion Criteria:ASA1-2 , >18 years old patients having upper abdominal surgeryExclusion Criteria:chronic obstructive lung disease, interstitial lung diseasechronic renal failureChild-Pugh > 6 liver diseasePatients who don't give consentNYHA > 2 heart failure
