Inclusion Criteria:• Age range 25-45years14Both male and femalesSuffer from tension type headache more than three monthsHead pain on bilateral locationmay suffer from photophobia, phonophobiaPericranial tirednessnot getting enough exercise or sleepExclusion Criteria:• History of teeth clenching or grindingCardiovascular diseasePregnancyarthritis in the neckbeing overweight
