Summary
MICROPULSE study aims to evaluate the efficacy of navigated microsecond laser (nMSL) for chronic central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR).
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:18 years and oldervision complaints for more than 6 weekssubretinal fluid confirmed on OCTdiagnosis of CSCR confirmed by fluorescein and indocyanine green angiographySigned informed consentAffiliated or beneficiary of health insuranceExclusion Criteria:History of treatment of CSC with other modalities (PDT, eplerenone) in the past 3 monthsOther macular conditions : Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), polypoidal vasculopathy, choroidal neovascularizationCataract or opacities interfering with acquisition or treatmentMyopia> 6 diopterVisual acuity<20/200Treatment with steroids (per-os, inhaled or cutaneous) in the past 3 monthsIntra-vitreal injections of anti-VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) or steroids in the past 3 monthsHistory of allergy to fluorescein or indocyanineInability to agree to participate to the studyPregnant or breastfeeding womanPatient under legal protection
