Summary
The aim of this study is to compare the short and long term effects of pilates and myofascial relaxation technique on flexibility, muscle strength, dynamic balance, neural tension and pain threshold.
To evaluate the effects of myofascial release technique on neural tension.
To evaluate the effects of pilates on neural tension.
To evaluate the effects of the protocol applied in combination with pilates and myofascial release technique in healthy women.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:Be between the ages of 18-50Be woman Having a score of 600 or more when the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (Short) was administeredNot be in menopauseNot having had lower extremity surgeryNo traumatic injury in the last 1 yearExclusion Criteria:Women entering menopauseInternational Physical Activity Questionnaire (Short) score less than 600Those who have had lower extremity surgeryThose with traumatic injury in the last 1 year
