Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:age ≥ 21 years of agemechanical ventilation for more than 48 hrspatients successfully passed according to the traditional weaning criterialung ultrasound score ≥ 17.Exclusion Criteria:Significant obstructive lung diseasesObstructive sleep apneaInterstitial lung diseaseNeuromuscular disorders
