To determine the quality of life of patients living with chronic respiratory failure and the impact interventions have on it.

Inclusion Criteria: Diagnosed with chronic respiratory failure receiving any of: * Non-invasive ventilation * Prolonged mechanical ventilation * Mechanical insufflation-exsufflation therapy Exclusion Criteria: * Aged \
