Overview

This study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of romosozumab injection compared to usual care for children and adolescents with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) Types I, III, or IV. The study involves three parts: screening, treatment period, and safety follow-up over about 15 months.

Eligibility

InclusionAges 5 to less than 18; OI Type I, III, or IV; fractures within the last 2 years
