Overview

This study looks at COPD and indoor air quality to see whether air cleaners can improve the air quality and health of former smokers with COPD. You will be compensated for your time and electricity and will get to keep your air cleaner at the end of the study.

Eligibility

InclusionFormer smoker; older than 40 years old; diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or COPD; suffer from a chronic cough
